Brake Regeneration Update

Brake regeneration is now fully built and working across the Universal EV Conversion mod!

Implemented

Shared regeneration controller added to motorFixer.lua
Clutch-compatible EV motor added to universalElectricMotor.lua
Added the missing controller hooks to the ATV conversions

Current Tuning

18% lift-off regeneration
Up to 75% additional brake-pedal regeneration
Full regeneration effect above 4 m/s
Gradually fades below 4 m/s
Completely disables below 0.75 m/s
Regeneration cancels during:
- Throttle input
- Clutch disengagement
- Neutral
- ABS intervention
- ESC intervention
