THIS NOW WORKS WITH VANILLA AND MODDED VEHICLES
Some code changes, rebuilt and refined to be a slimmer version.
Note: this now shows as no fuel but will still work. this is because I have changed the code to not use fuel while I work a better solution to use both gasoline and diesel vehicles.
