Hi It's an already existing mod from "KaKaRaKa" (not sure) but linked to modsfire. No update has been made to the mod.
Known issues / notes:
ABS does not work very well
Objects can't be placed within the toolbox due to collisions
The decals and stickers may deform weirdly
The tow rear tow hitch doesn't engage when hitting L
- Trailer is parked on a relatively flat surface and stopped
- Ramps are unlatched by clicking the trigger on the stowing pins
- Ramps can be held by the node grabber either in free cam or in walking mode, and pulled out and aligned underneath each of the deck. The left stowed ramp only works with the left side of the deck and vice versa.
- Trigger on the deck is clicked and the ramps will attach themselves to the deck. If they do not secure, nudge them around with the node grab until a clunk is heard.
- Ramps can be slid left or right according to the vehicle being loaded, and the vehicle can be loaded.
- Ramps are detached with the same trigger on the rear edge of the deck, then nudged back to the center, lifted and slid into the inner deck. The placement doesn't need to be precise as long as it's on the inside of the deck.
- The stowing pin triggers are clicked again, and the ramps will slide and latch themselves and are securely stowed away.

mod works great but what car do i need to use to pull the trailer
@guest I admit that I didn't test the mod before uploading it and after testing it I don't know what vehicle you need to be able to use it either, maybe try the same pickup as in the image otherwise I don't know what to use as a vehicle
