Update 1.1
- added raised fifth wheel (for gooseneck trailers still)
- added custom configurations (new, not in the base fleet)
- added long upfit frame for sleeper cabs
- fixed the driveshaft position
- added driveshafts for every frame length
- changes the axle model of the second rear suspension (the one, without drivetrain)
- raised the number of configs to 50
