IN ADDITION TO CLEARING CACHE, YOU WILL NEED TO REMOVE CRD_ADDONPACK.ZIP (IF YOU HAVE IT STILL FOR SOME REASON), AND IT IS GOOD PRACTICE TO REMOVE 3RD PARTY PACKS RELEASED PRIOR TO THE CURRENT MOD VERSION!
