Update log:

Fixed fatal 3-wheel spawn crashes on Scintilla, Bastion, SBR, ETK800, ETKC, and Vivace by disabling incompatible DSE/CMU driving electronics.
Fixed repeated vehicleData.init|Can't find correct wheels / virtualSensors.lua fatal errors on affected 3-wheel configs.
Fixed Monster front wheel typo: 3w_stable_wheel_F_3 now correctly points to 3w_stable_wheel_F_3w.
Fixed missing default front coilover reference by replacing pigeon_coilover_F_3w_a with a valid race coilover part.
Fixed Wendover and ETKC front steering configs using invalid/generic steering part names.
Fixed Roamer steering flexbody group references so steering meshes no longer look for the wrong frame group.
Fixed LeGran 3-wheel configs not driving by restoring rear differential drive and switching to RWD transfer case.
Removed incompatible stock front drivetrain parts from Lansdale, LeGran, Wendover, and Vivace 3-wheel configs.
Removed incompatible skidplate/undertray selections from affected vehicles where they referenced missing front-frame nodes.
Fixed ETKI/ETKC oil-pan expression error by adding missing oilPanType component data to the 3-wheel body files.
