HELP WITH MY CUSTOM LEXION MOD

im like looking for help if ANYONE could possibly work on my lexion mod.. 

basically.. i made the back wheels cr11 gold ones. all works fine no errors.. problem is.... i cant seem to make them a tad wider on the rear. 

the mod its pulling the files from base game. through $data now if i change that to a different file like my own inside the mod, it looks fine for me but other people have no back wheels.. im kinda confused if you have a solution, gladly credit those who do

as you can see it works perfect for me but not them. if i make files myself instead of pulling from base game

in my mod 2.1 its working perfect both ends if i root it to $data. but doing this dont allow me to edit them as they are base files i want to avoid

sorry if i cant explain this enough but in short.. I WANT CUSTOM TYRE COLOUR AND WIDTH WITHOUT USING $DATA (BASE GAME FILE)

the reason i want it separate is because id like to widen the rear wheels and the colour. but i cant because i get that issue, i want to avoid messing with base game files. i never had this issue on fs 22 this is all new problems to me.

please if anyone can help id gladly appreciate it
