Productions can be made at PRINZ Agrar.
There is a sewage treatment plant for selling manure, and you can also purchase fertilizer production by buying the small land surrounding the production.
There is a small sawmill with some space for tree barn storage.

- Fields per hectare: average size approx. 4-10 ha.
- Farms: 8 (1 pig farm, 1 horse farm, 3 grain farms, 3 cow farms)
- Sales points: 4
- Productions: Bakery, All Production, Fermenter Silo
- Additional: Apple Orchard
