When selling a placeable, the player receives greater prices thanks to this script.
When placing or selling a placeable, there is a one-month grace period.
100% of the placeable's cost will be reimbursed if it is sold within a month.
The price will drop to 80% of the original price after a month, and then each month after that (much like the standard game).
You won't get your money back for landscaping.
