Adds a menu screen that summarizes your farm's entire worth in a balance sheet.
Each line item on the balance sheet has a name, a category, extra data, and a value, which may be sorted by name, category, or value.
The line items are summarized into four subtotals.

- Property includes land and structures.
- Inventory: Fill and livestock.
