A homestead-sized sawmill for your farm, available in two versions: direct-sell and sawmill manufacturing. Depending on the style of your farm, the sawmill can be "rusty but trusty" in appearance.

Wood (Planks) (240 cycles/month, $24/month): 100 Wood = 90 Planks + 10 Wood Chips. Wood (Planks Long) (240 cycles/month, $48/month): 100 Wood = 93 Planks Long + 7 Wood Chips.
- Wood (Wood Beam) (240 cycles per month, $48 a month): 100 wood = 94 wood beams + 6 wood chips.
- Wood Delivery (240 cycles each month, $12 per month): 100 Wood = 100 Wood.
