Following a company change in the mid-1990s, OMB introduces a new commercial line called Cavallo to the market, and in 2001, it invents and manufactures the Vibro System, a vibrating hopper bottom that has successfully distinguished the entire production of double disc spreaders produced to date.
After a merger by incorporation, OMB is renamed the "Agricultural Machinery Division" of the Cavallo Giordano e Vallauri spa company.
