-Trong Thư Mực "SKIN TỰ CHỈNH" có "Nền Mod Skin" đó là nằm trong "\SKIN TỰ CHỈNH\material\ui\accessory" khi truy cập vào bạn sẽ có thể
sửa chữ theo ý mình. Sau khi sửa xong thì tải về và chuyển thành DDS

- File "basec(1;2;3).psd" là file xe bình thường.
- File "basem(1;3;4;5).psd" là file xe Police.

-In the "Customizable SKIN" folder there is "Mod Skin Background" which is located in "\SKIN TỰ CHỈNH\material\ui\accessory" when 
accessing it you will be able to edit the text to your liking. After editing, download and convert to DDS

- When packaging into scs file, only package the following files: "def" "material" "vehicle" "manifest" "mod_description" "mod_icon"
- Please "NO" add other files! If added, the file will be corrupted!!! Because those files are only for you to edit!
