RJL`s Scania T Interior/Exterior Rework

Description:
- New improved dashboard in HD;
- Vast majority of interior textures changed on HD ones: plastic/fabric/leather materials, tachograph, lamps etc;
- Interiors recreated using real life data;
- Improved exterior truck textures: lateral lights, taillights, rear mudflaps;
- New HD versions of outside interior textures;
- RHD\LHD compatible.
Mod is for Scania T mod by RJL. Tested on version 1.7.1 of his mod. This mod must have higher priority, than RJL`s mod!
