added Ferry Port as a discoverable area
added discoverable items at the Player Garage and Truck Dealer
added secondary entrance to one of the Container Ports
added Border Checkpoints including working Weight and X-Ray Checks to Ferry Port
added Fire Station with Storage Area
added a Rail-Yard and a proper Railway Crossing in the Port
added Fences, Customs Police, Police checking Vehicles, Police patrolling, and many other details to the Ferry Port
added Ferry-connections to both Georgia (via Poti) and Bulgaria (via Varna)

Other Changes
adjusted the visibility distance of items at the Port so they don't disappear while in view.
replaced a few outdated assets in the Port Area with newer ones
reworked the discoverable area at the Train Station, Bus Terminal, and the Memorial
removed the Novorossiysk-Messina ferry-connection
