This game is nearly 14 years old, so you could practically run it on a potato. The game engine is the bottleneck here, and no mod whatsoever can change that; many mods (especially the graphical ones) are already pushing the engine to its limits. So, this mod is just full of empty promises and stating the obvious—it's rubbish!
