Fix eliminates the crash after the last update of the map RusMap v1.8.1.
Connecting two maps RusMap v1.8.1 + Russian Spaces v6.0
Connection only by sea. Ferries added.
Test on the version 1.31 - 1.32.x

Fake. The only parts that have been updated are manifest and description, which do not change function.
This is functionally the same as Rusmap_1.8_fix. Mods82 stealing mods, just like he always does!
