Lmfao, you don' need this mod. You just have to open File Explorer (Windows Explorers for some versions of Windows) or whatever file manager you have, then go to Documents, then go to Euro Truck Simulator 2 and/or American Truck Simulator, go to Config.cfg, then press Ctrl+F, then type Uset G_Developer, then it will show you where it's at, then change the "0" to a "1". DO NOT CHANGE ANYTHING ELSE!!! Then save it and exit out of your file manager and notepad, then go into the Euro Truck Simulator 2 and/or American Truck Simulator game, then press 0, and use your numpad and mouse to navigate the camera, and voila! You've got a free camera! (Otherwise known as Developer Camera)
