Added 4 new taxi car.france
All taxi vehicles that will appear in the respective countries.
Italian taxi can be seen only in Italy. Danish taxi, only in Denmark and so on .....
GEORGIAN taxis everywhere :)
For the version of the game 1.24.x or above.
It should work on all maps.
