The installation method is very easy

Download the file
  You get a white file
  Copy and paste it into the mod file
  Go to
  [PC] + [Documents] + [Euro Truck Simulator 2] + [mod]
Start the game and activate the mode from
Mod Manager
Click on it left and right until it turns green
