Description:
Temporary fix #2 for Trailers and Cargo Pack by Jazzycat v6.8 for patch 1.31.x beta.
Fix #1 - added cables simulation for all trailers in pack.
Fix #2 - fixed bug with steerable axles for some trailers.
Replace old fix in mod folder.
For ETS2 version 1.31.x beta only!!!
