I downloaded it again "this mod" as well as the UPK version 0.9.8. Both show up in the mods menu in the game. But still no go. It won' show up when I try to place it. What am I doing wrong?

It worked fine for me. Make sure you have UPK version 0.9.8, and try placing it in a few different spots. You can' place it in the shop area, for instance. The only thing I found that doesn' work is the particle system when loading a trailer out if the silo. The files seem to be missing...

Your mod doesn' work. It shows up in the shop, but it won' show up when you try to place it.
