The original KrampeSB3060 trailer.
What has changed: he now has an extended rear section with additional coupling with normal trailer coupling and coupling ball. So you can all trailer Hitch.

Some problem with BALL hitch. When attach trailer to TOP hitch, on screen icons displayed in order: tractor, dolly(ball), 1st semitrailer, 2nd trailer (not ball), but with bottom hitch displays: tractor, dolly(ball), 1st semitrailer. Next dolly (ball) and semitrailers/trailers doesn' showed.

The name of the mod is too long. Shortened it (just change the name of the folder) and it worked.
