Description: changed tires to defaults from Giants (has singles duals and triples)
changed tanks so they are puchased addon
changed spec maps to generic universal map so the tractor has shine now
changed cube maps to giants 2017 defaults
changed shaders to giants 2017 defaults (from 2015)
