V1.0 Chevy Silverado 3500HD Flatbed Type 2

This is a second flatbed type for the Silverado 3500HD. I uploaded a different one earlier this week. This one includes a fifth wheel hook up instead of a plain old ball in the center of the bed as well as smoke stacks in the back and a brush guard in the front. Everything else is similar to the other version. Again I didn't create this truck I just added a flatbed and some other things. I also fixed any errors that were previosly in the log. I'm not taking any credit for the original mod, anyone whose name was in the XML file that has worked on this vehicle still has their name in there and will be credited below as well.

If you spot any issues please let me know in the comments and I'll do my best to fix them and upload a fixed version.
