Description:
In this area of Italy you can find ponds and wide rice fields, the area known only for its large production of rice.
The map draws on an area on Pianura padana, between the river PO and the river Sesia, from which many farmers draw rice fields to flood (called risaie).
Some areas are mainly used for forestry.
The choice of using a paddy field or forestry area varies with regard to current climate characteristics and the presence of irrigated resources.
There are 55 fields on the map, 38 of which can be flooded for rice.
The floods in the fields are regulated by waterways with relative locks.
The size of the fields varies from a minimum of 1. 23 hectares to a maximum of 7. 23 hectares.
Corn mash can be produced or sold using a special forage harvester (necessary forage harvester packaging).
Besides the classic crops, there are: sorghum, protein pea, alfalfa, rice, chickpeas, with the exception of sugar cane.
Three different bunker siloes are offered as positionable in the classical version, for compost production and for maize mash production.
To produce the corn mash, the corn must be harvested with a special forage harvesters, deposited in a special trench (available among the placeable), compacted and covered, just like silage.
