This update will talk about the new mission system that will be a part of the Farming Simulator 19. It’s going to be all about speeding things up for you and allow you to play the way you want.
First things first, this new feature will eliminate the need for traveling around to interact with the people offering the missions. You will instead have a menu where you would find all the missions available to you, where you will also find the amount of money you will get and the requirements for completing them.
This would allow you to dedicate more time to what you truly enjoy – farming; while not making you feel bored to travel around just to find the missions.
Furthermore, there would also be no time limits for the missions and you would be able to save the missions while working on it to complete them later.
Another major feature of the updated mission system will be that you will not be required to lease equipment to complete missions; you will instead be able to use your own equipment. This will translate to more money for you as you won’t have to pay for the leasing costs.
However, for the early game players will still be allowed to lease equipment if they want to, so that they can get a feel of the new vehicles before deciding to buy them.
There’s also a new type of mission: hay and silage bailing. It would be very similar to the real process, involving cutting of the grass, making bales out of it and then finally using it for the intended purpose.
Also, unlike before, the weeding missions will now have a category of their own, instead of being a component of the fertilization process. You would get to use the new sprayer tool to work on the more developed weeds.
Then there’s going to be a cool feature of the mission system that’s going to return after 4 long years, the transport missions. You would be able to make money by transporting things from one place to another. Imagine taking a drive to experience the beauty of the new landscapes, and being able to make a decent amount of money while doing so!
The new mission system will also make the multiplayer gameplay considerably more active, as you would have access to the missions in the multiplayer game mode as well. This means that you can help others and seek the help of others for completing the missions, and being able to do a lot more things with other players than you have ever been able to do so far.
Let us know how you enjoy this new mission system when playing the soon-to-be-released Farming Simulator 19.
