Did you ever ask what can be found on many maps in the numerous wooden huts scattered throughout the place?
In this way the secrecy is revealed: in some of these wooden huts, at least, there is a fully equipped house with all the hustle and bustle and the opportunity to generate passive income.
This mod does not however transform the huts around, but you have to buy and place a new hut to benefit from the refurbishment. I built, made the middle wooden hut accessible and furnished it from scratch in the Blender. The sofa can be folded into a double bed by the way.
The mods have done their job in my build and play videos successfully. I've also been trying hard to make it work, but I can't guarantee it. Use at the risk of yourself:-).
Note: The building is not automatically levelled. So you have to level the terrain beforehand.
