The only tri-axle bus ive found as a mod is from the wentward pack and that bus isnt a coach bus
The J-beam of the coach doesnt have to be good
Some Examples:

The bus you use to make the mod doesn't bother me as long as its a tri-axle coach with preferable a rear steering axle :)
