How much would it cost to make a 1/1 map of Nuuk, Greenland?

Hi,

I grew up in Nuuk, and love to drive around in the city. Though, the maximum speed limit is 60 km/h, which isn't a lot.

Could the map be made in BeamNG? How much would I have to pay a modder to fully make the map?

I'm new to this, so excuse me for my lack of knowledge about this whole thing! :)
