Mod disappeared with no trace

Hello

 

I uploaded a mod and it was pending for around 17 hours (last time i checked) and now when I checked again (around 1-2hours later) it has disappeared with no trace. Does it mean that it wasn't approved? Weird to not get any notifications about it.
