No Configs on some cars

Hello! So i come with weird bug or problem with some of my mods , some vehicles doesnt have any confings but i can build them ,unfortunatly im lazy to build ,they had configs like month ago but disapears randomly, Is that problem with mod or problem with the game? (pictures with those cars)
Enable Include Custom .pc configurations if you dont have it already enabled
