Two days ago as I write this, an Audi RS5 mod appeared on Modland. This mod was stolen from another mod that was originally completely normal, but this second version of the mod altered the car's textures to create gory and violent images.
The mod was quickly removed from ModLand by the site's administrators, but the creator of the second version of the mod, "STR1KES," had already posted it on other forums and mod sites. The original creator of the mod, "FLANJE," has edited his mod page to ensure you're not downloading a modified version and to warn you about the dangers of mods:
"by now maybe all of you guys have seen or even sadly tried the reuploaded version of this rs5 mod filled with gore
this reupload is to tell you guys my mods do not contain any gore and you can safely download them and use them and any version of my mods with similar stuff are done by mentally unstable people, please avoid any reuploaded version of any mods, not only mines
im sorry for anyone who went though those horrific pictures and i hope soon enough you can forget about them
just to mention again, none of my (FLANJE) mods contain gore or anything similar
we're trying to find out who did this which we already think we do know who did it but for now as long as we're not sure, we wont mention any names

Currently and unfortunately, the mod remains available on other mod sites but a team has taken charge of removing the mod and finding the creator of the modified mod.
