- Fixed a bug that could occur when cutting on unowned land with "cut anywhere" disabled

While adding certain quality of life enhancements to make chainsaw tree-cutting a bit easier, this patch maintains enough realism to enable payment for the wood's sale. The "super strength" mode of the chainsaw allows for the total removal of trees, and it can now shred tree stumps.
Keyboard shortcuts: Double press ALT to turn on/off super power; hold ALT for momentary strength
Features: - Smaller wood fragments can be removed with ease, much like thin branches.
The chainsaw's cutting range and speed can be adjusted.
- Modifiable shooting range and object weight (only when super power is enabled)
Anywhere on the map, including places that aren't for sale (like from the dealer), trees are being cut down.
Show the seen items' weight in the F1 menu.
