- The building menu now has new placeable decorations (Boat Dock and Deck).
- Farmlands around the lake have had their boundaries extended into the lake to facilitate the placement of the boat dock and whatever decorations you desire to put to it.
- Selling the shed beside the football field will now remove all decals from the parking lot, as well as the light next to it.
- Mowing of the full football field is now permitted.

Description:
Welcome to Forest Hills! This fictional area is located somewhere in the southeastern US, and features a picturesque landscape with a lake surrounded by vast evergreen forests nestled amongst large rolling hills. In the central area of the region you will find the lively village of Forest Hills. South of the town is a large industrial area with many different production sites. The western region is full of lush farmland and large forests. The eastern region features a large wood production area, as well as a large swamp which lines western bank of the river. Two trains cross the landscape providing goods to several productions in the area as well as servicing the neighboring town.
