- 204 ha divided into 150 fields, 17 of which are meadows (smallest field 0.2 ha; largest field 3.8 ha).
- 10 woodland areas - 2 each for grapes and olives
- Two farms with cows.
- Includes one pig farm, one small horse farm, and one chicken farm with two coops.
- One sheep farm.
- One grape or olive farm - One BGA
- Five sales points.
- Orchards (apple, pear, and cherry) - New items, including fruit, pastries, tomato soup, and juices.
- Multi-silo and slurry tank for fermentation residues and sludge
- AI traffic on major roads.
- There are no introductory tours.
- The depot sells consumables including bale wrap and net, seeds, fertilizer, and tree seedlings.
Information: In multiplayer, the barbed wire fences belong to farm 1.
