Version 1.0.2 has the following changelog:
The set includes three trailers that have been enlarged to allow for the loading of bales and pallets by opening the left side.
To open the left side, use the U key to pick the tipping side "Left doors" or "Left flap" and then use the Z key to open and shut.
The optional tarpaulin on certain models opens automatically when the doors are opened.
Please keep in mind that the doors or flap may only be opened if the trailer is not loaded with bulk products. Please empty the trailer before moving bales or pallets.
Tension straps are an optional feature.
The trailers now come in a variety of colors.
It is advised to sell all trailers in the save game prior to the upgrade.
