Description:
This patch enables all players to tip and shovel loose fill types anywhere on the map, including NPC and unowned lands. There are additional settings on the general options page that permit bailers, tedders, windrowers, forage wagons, and mowers to work on unclaimed land. Field work licenses are also granted during contract missions.
