Setup

– Extract the folder and open the readme file, follow the instructions
– FusionFix is required

Version notes

– If you use Patch 1.20.59, ZolikaPatch and FusionFix legacy addon are not needed
– Only the latest FusionFix version is required

– RTX 3080 Ti
– Intel i7-8700 @ 4.3 GHz

Performance setup

– Anti-Stutter Performance Enhancer tool from Nexus Mods, set CPU and disk priority higher to improve CPU usage in GTA IV
– 4GB Patch applied to increase available RAM usage beyond the game limit
– Patch 1.0.8.0 recommended for better mod compatibility and VRAM usage compared to 1.0.7.0 and 1.0.4.0

Frame settings

– Frame rate capped at 60 FPS using RivaTuner for stable performance and lower GPU temperatures
– Unlocking FPS is optional depending on preference

Notes

– Display resolution may need adjustment after launching the game
