Hello everyone ! I'm pleased to show you my first mod for GTA IV !
It isn't perfect though , if you find any bugs , report them to me.
How to install :
Extract loadingscreens.wtd and select_menu.wtd
Open openIV and go to pc/textures and replace them with the modded ones.
Enjoy , and don't forget to post your feedback in the comment section.
