This mod boosts the in-game population and scenario activity.

Features:
– Pedestrians set to 500
– Cars set to 20
– Parked cars set to 500
– Scenarios set to 500

Details:
– Edited scenario start and end times (0–24) so NPCs appear all day doing activities like sitting on benches, jogging, doing Tai Chi, hanging out at ballparks, or leaning against walls
– Scenario probabilities adjusted: NPCs working on cars and checking trunks increased from 0.2 to 1.0
– Stream.ini file updated to reduce crashes (614400 recommended for 6GB VRAM; adjust based on your VRAM, ideally 1GB below total)

Installation:

• Extract files
• Copy them to the GTA IV root folder (where the .exe is located)

Extra Recommendations:
Create a "commandline.txt" in steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto IV\GTAIV\ with the following lines:
