Fala galerinha, bom essa é uma skin de um Piloto do CIOPAER (Coordenadoria Integrada de Operações Aéreas) da SSPDS Polícia Militar do Estado do Ceará.
Essa skin não parece nadinha com a da Farda do CIOPAER, mas modifiquei aí o Piloto da NOOSE (SWAT DO GTA).

Como instalar:
1º - Extraia os arquivos da skin.

2º - Abra o OpenIV ou SparkIV.

3º - Vá em "GTAIV/pc/models/cdimages/componentpeds.img"

4º - Após abrir o "componentpeds.img", importe os arquivos "m_y_nhelipilot.wdd", "m_y_nhelipilot.wft" e "m_y_nhelipilot.wtd"

5º - Salve e se divirta!
