V-tree mod replaces the game's default tree models and textures with versions from GTA 5.
Installation:
– Open the game directory in OpenIV: pc\data\maps\props\vegetation
– Enable editing mode and replace "ext_veg.ide" and "ext_veg.img" with the mod versions
– Then go to pc\textures and replace "stipple.wtd" with the mod version
