Heavily detailed Gen1 Buffalo cruiser using Federal Signal Vision SLR lightbar.
The Gen1 cruiser is made up based from Ekalb's Buffalo Police Vector mod.

This is the ELS version of the similar mod I posted, and hence ELS-IV v8.51 mod by Lt.Caine is required.
