Features
- Adjusts GTA IV vehicle balance for more realistic gameplay
- Uses data from IGCD.net and automobile-catalog.com
- Overhauls most land vehicles to match real specifications
- Updates top speed, number of gears, and drivetrain type (RWD, FWD, AWD)
- Damage system reworked: newer cars are generally more durable
- High-speed driving becomes harder and more punishing
- Crash effects are more intense and realistic
- In scripted chase missions, enemy speed stays unchanged, so difficulty comes from driving skill

Installation Instructions
- Locate handling.dat in Main folder → (TBoGT / TLAD →) common → data
- Replace the file with the version from the mod
- Rename it to handling.dat
- Always create a backup of the original file
