All previous instructions from Version 1.0 apply, simply use those as I will not type that out again.
Version 2.0 is not Ultimate because of these added weapons, however. It is ultimate because of three resources in the 'New Additions' Folder.
The first of these new additions is a trio of Windows batch files. Simply open the appropriately titled file, and voila! You've either restored the old soundtrack, or either disabled or enabled tracks added to EFLC from playing in IV.
The second of these additions is FusionFix, meant mainly for lighting purposes, however, it adds some other quality of life features to The Complete Edition of GTA IV as well. All screenshots I upload have FusionFix enabled and maxed out.
The last of these additions is an OpenIV install, right out of the box. (It's labeled as ovisetup.) This way, you can get to modding your game without the hassle of scouring the web for a copy. Also compatible with Max Payne 3, GTA V and Red Dead Redemption 2.
