Windows 95 After 20 Years Get its Own Re Sale Out in gta IV lol. this is a windows 95 Bat skin. Nothing much then changing the bat's texture.

Replace w_bat.wdr,w_bat.wtd in pc/Models/cdimages/weapons.img
Use OpenIV To replace.
