Franklin gets a new garage, and there's a new party deck in front of the home.

I also purchased the property in front of the home...
Then, unsure what to do, I erected another garage... with a terrace.

You also need this additional file. Road leading into the garage.

You may store up to ten vehicles and have them delivered to you by just hitting F5.

Instructions
You require the Map Editor by Guadmaz.

To load maps, go to F7 -> Load -> XML -> Franklin Garage 4 or Franklin Garage 4 Empty. (It is empty without an automobile.)

If you want the SPG version, you'll need Single Player Garage by mlgthatsme.
First, locate the folder "Franklin_garage_4" in scripts/SinglePlayerGarage.

Then, using Map Editor, load the map; you may save it in the scripts/AutoloadMaps folder to load it automatically at startup.
F7 -> Load -> XML -> Franklin_garage4_spg

Restart the game.
