What you'll need to make things work:
1. Last GTA 5 update.
2. Menyoo Trainer (only for markers)
3. Map Builder Community 1.06
Install YMAP:
Start OpenIV and copy and paste the files (ph_main.ymap, ph_roof.ymap) into the directory below.
Grand Theft Auto V -> mods -> update -> x64 -> dlcpacks -> custom_maps -> dlc.rpf -> x64 -> levels -> gta 5 -> _citye -> maps -> Custom_maps.rpf
Load the Markers by navigating to Object Spooner, Manage Saved Files, and Penthouse (Markers).xml. Load placements.
