It replaces the normal Bokeh with a more detailed 4K version.
Installation
1. Use "OpenIV" to go to GTA5/x64a/textures.
2. Enable "edit mode"
3. Replace "grapics.ytd" and "graphics_pc.ytd" with the modified versions.
The files provide installation instructions for manually installing "graphics.ytd".
